I have to say I was shocked at this number. I knew that Americans were overweight, but not 66% of us. If you care to take the time to read the full article, you will learn that Obesity also now accounts for up to 9 % of all medical spending.
I know it can be difficult to know the best way to eat and exercise, there are many great programs out there, it is just a matter of finding out what will work for you. My suggestion would be to start with a basic cleanse and get the toxins out of your body. Once you do this, you will be more capable of shedding the fat.
Begin changing your diet by starting with small changes like eating one meal each day of salad and a protein choice such as chicken or fish. Or just eat a piece of fruit for a snack.
